QUANTITY SURVEYOR

*Job Description*

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. The successful candidate will support tender pricing, cost management, and project documentation, with the added ability to produce or interpret drafting/CAD drawings to support BOQ preparation and site coordination.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Prepare tender pricing, BOQs, and cost estimates for M&E and building works

- Measure quantities from drawings and specifications

- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and evaluate quotations

- Prepare and review variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts

- Produce or edit basic drafting/CAD drawings (e.g. AutoCAD) to support tender submissions and site works

- Assist project teams with cost tracking and budget control throughout project lifecycle

*Requirements*

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in QS role within building/construction or M&E industry

- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BOQ/tender formats

- Good understanding of construction contracts and measurement standards

- Meticulous, able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects

- Good communication skills, able to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
