Snr HR Executive

Duties andResponsibilities:
-Computer and payroll system, IRAS, IR21, WICA, Security bond, InsurancePremiums.
WPOL, EPOL, immemorial and MOM related issues.
-Uphold safety rules and review of safety breaches of workers.
-Attend to and manage worker needs, complains, feedback on a daily basiswhenever necessary.
-Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors forexternal training programs
-Conduct periodic reviews and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures/ SOP to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
-Assist in the driving/implementation of new HR initiatives
-Preparation of HR Management Reports
-Assist in ad-hoc HR related jobs
