Job Summary

Team Members at Chick-fil-A Singapore play vital roles in front-of-house or back-of-house, delivering great tasting food, genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food following Chick-fil-A recipes, portion standards, and presentation requirements to ensure top quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment consistently
• Use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment properly to ensure operational safety and efficiency
• Deliver fast and accurate order preparation to respect customer time and enhance satisfaction
• Provide genuine hospitality by treating customers with honor, dignity, and respect, anticipating needs, and resolving issues using CORE 4, HEARD model, and 2nd Mile Service
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations during rotating shifts
