Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B marketing and lead-generation campaigns focused on measurable sales results.
- Research new industries, market segments and potential customers to uncover business opportunities.
- Manage and improve the CRM/customer database, ensuring data accuracy and expanding prospect coverage.
- Analyse marketing and sales data to identify opportunities and support targeted sales actions.
- Engage customers directly and work closely with the Sales team to understand needs and convert insights into opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B.
- Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution and sales-support marketing.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is advantageous.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging customers via phone, email and face-to-face.
- Proactive, analytical and results-driven, with strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership.

⭐ Candidates from industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, electronics, semiconductor or technical B2B environments would be highly relevant.
