We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Expediting Executive to coordinate supplier deliveries, international shipments, warehouse activities and project material movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Track purchase orders, supplier manufacturing progress and delivery schedules.
• Follow up and expedite suppliers; escalate potential delays.
• Coordinate international/local shipments, freight forwarders and customs clearance.
• Prepare and review shipping/import-export documentation.
• Coordinate warehouse receiving and monitor inventory/material movements.
• Maintain material status reports and update ERP transactions.
• Track material availability and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
• Support Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams on logistics issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years logistics or supply-chain experience.
• EPC/EPCM or semiconductor project experience strongly preferred.
• Experience handling international shipments and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of supplier expediting, PO tracking, freight coordination and material control.
• Familiar with Incoterms, shipping/customs documentation and import/export procedures.
• ERP experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Candidates who can demonstrate genuine project logistics + expediting + material control experience.
