Procurement Intern

Job Summary:

To support the Procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, process improvement, and digitalization initiatives. The intern will assist in operational procurement activities while contributing to strategic projects involving raw material sourcing, SAP data maintenance, process automation, and procurement portal improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate raw material specifications, demand, and supplier information.
• Build sourcing database for recycled raw materials and suppliers.
• Support PO creation and low-value RFQ activities.
• Support Procurement projects – eg auto PR/PO, sourcing, PN creation for spool (new and recycled) etc
• Procurement process improvement – eg Procurement portal, process documentation using Signavio, other process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain supplier lead-time data and update SAP master data.
  

Job Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics and any other related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g.,Signavio) is an advantage.
