BD Coordinator (5 Days / Project Related / up $2800)

Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Salary up $2800, with AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including report tabulation and tender compilation

• Support indoor sales activities by assisting with proposal preparation and documentation

• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties

• Prepare presentations and assist in business reporting

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with MS Project and Visio is an added advantage

• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to multitask effectively

• Dynamic, positive, efficient, and outgoing personality
