Junior Shipping Coordinator (Seafreight / 5.5 Days)

Location: Tampines (Start-up Office)
Salary: Up to $4,500
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, 5.5 Days (Saturday WFH)

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and order coordination.

• Prepare and check shipping documents.

• Coordinate shipments with logistics partners.

• Update shipment status and records.

• Support administrative and customer service activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• 1 to 2 years of customer service, logistics, shipping, or admin experience.

• Able to start immediate / short notice.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Information

• Comfortable with overseas training for up to 3 months in China & Indonesia.
