Discipline Support Officer #Barker Road

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 5:00pm
• Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm

Key Roles

• Assist in preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for minor incidents

• Obtain statements, compile evidence, and prepare structured incident reports

• Update parents on investigation progress and conclusion

• Supervise students in Behavioural Detention Class (BDC) and Corrective Work Order (CWO)

• Ensure students complete assigned detention tasks; follow up on missed detentions

• Support students on in-house suspension and those missing from class

• Support learning continuity during suspension by liaising with form teachers

• Perform data entry for late-coming, offences, and interventions

• Compile weekly/monthly discipline statistics

• Monitor student reporting channel and maintain confidentiality

• Review detention, late-coming, and CWO processes during holidays

• Any other student management duties assigned by the School

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google collaborative tools
