Retail Sales Representative (5 Days work Week) Up to S$3,200 per month

Job Duties

1. At all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
2. Understand customers’ expectations and assisting them in selecting and purchasing the relevant products to their needs by providing relevant and accurate product recommendations/demonstration
3. Support in-store operational activities
4. Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
5. HIghlight issues encountered with Store Manager and/or Retail Operation Manger
6. Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
7. Any other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Secondary education and tech savvy
• Willing to learn, positive working attitude and confident
• Outgoing personality, target driven and result oriented
• Energetic, well groomed, sales and customer service oriented
• Able to work retail hours
• Working Location: Changi Airport Terminal 1,2,3
