Project Manager - Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) to drive a cross-functional Master Data Management initiative focused on standardizing, automating, and governing master data (customer, product, order, and vendor data) across enterprise systems. This role sits at the intersection of business process design, data governance, and technology delivery, working closely with IT, RPA/Automation, Data Engineering, and GenAI teams to modernize master data processes and system integrations.

The ideal candidate combines Project Management and Business Analysis expertise, with experience managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. The role supports a strategic Master Data Management initiative leveraging automation technologies and Generative AI capabilities to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Own end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of the roadmap across multiple workstreams (data ingestion, Gen AI/extraction logic, ERP integration).
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders (Business, IT, Data Governance, RPA/Automation, Cloud Engineering, and external vendors) to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and budget; provide regular status reporting to leadership/steering committees.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) or manage waterfall-style governance, depending on workstream needs.
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), go-live planning, and post-implementation support/hypercare.
• Manage change control and ensure proper documentation of decisions, scope changes, and issue resolution.

Business Analysis

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders across Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
• Map current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") process flows — e.g., order ingestion, OCR/data extraction, OE code matching, human-in-the-loop review, and ERP order creation.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering and data teams.
• Define and document master data standards, governance rules, and data quality criteria for the catalog (e.g., product/OE code master data).
• Conduct gap analysis between existing systems (e.g., Blue Prism bots, ABBYY OCR) and target-state architecture (e.g., Gen AI/LLM-based extraction, RAG search, vector databases).
• Support design reviews for AI/ML-driven workflows, including human review loop design and feedback/learning mechanisms.
• Partner with QA/testing teams to build test plans and validate that solutions meet defined business requirements.
