TERMINAL OPERATION EXECUTIVE (NIGHT-SHIFT)

Provides administrative clerical support to Operations and Safety Departments

• Provide support to the manager and day shift team to ensure smooth delivery schedule and timely cargo collection
• Coordinate, Prepare and Processing Inbound & Outbound shipments for Airfreight with carrier / customers / vendors
• Verify and confirm the information on the shipping documentation and highlight any discrepancies
• Ensure compliance to the Dangerous Goods and Arms & Explosive Acts
• Ensure compliance on custom import rules and regulations & standard operating procedures
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties as assign
• Experience in Air Import/ Export shipment processes
• Minimum 1 years or relevant experience in International Air Forwarding/ Logistics
• Minimum Post Secondary qualifications & above
• Well discipline, result oriented, success driven and able to work under pressure
• Possess Class 4 Driving License
• Possess Forklift Driving Permit License
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Words)
• Able to commit over-time hours as per requested
• 1x Full-Time Night Shift Position available, 6 Days Work, 10.00PM TO 7.00AM OR 11.00PM - 8.00AM (1 Selected Off Day - Friday / Saturday)
