- Strategic Planning abilities to forecast trend and formulate plans
- Able to execute the strategic plan by leading a team of 2-3 sales personnel to achieve sales targets
- Able to travel and visit customers
- Report achievement of market situation / market research
- Good leadership skills and able to train, delegate, and monitor progress.
- Achieve sales target
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree with related field, experience, analytical and leadership quality.
- Have strong human relation and management ability
- Proven sales experience in the flooring industry is essential. Candidates must have a strong understanding of flooring products, customers, and market trends.
- Independent and Objectives driven
- Strong communication skills
- Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving licence are preferred.
