Customer Service & Shipping Executive (Chemical) #EAT

Key Responsibilities

1. Process APAC drop-shipment orders and coordinate with planners, forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and customers for smooth execution.
2. Consolidate orders and source cost-effective transportation and forwarding solutions.
3. Monitor shipments, shipping documents, and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery and sales recognition.
4. Manage import and isotank shipments, including port clearance, delivery coordination, and demurrage control.
5. Prepare and review shipping, insurance, LC, and import documentation for Indonesia, Vietnam, and other regional customers.
6. Maintain accurate stock records through timely GRN processing and warehouse coordination.
7. Track transporter and forwarder performance and provide weekly open-order and OTIF reports.
8. Verify logistics invoices, support annual stock counts, and coordinate with QC and finance on shipment-related matters.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with experience in Letter of Credit and Drop shipment
