Recruitment Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Trainee to join our growing recruitment team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing candidates to interviewing, presenting candidates to clients and supporting the hiring process through to successful placement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys headhunting, networking, business development and working with people, and who is motivated by achieving recruitment targets and building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases and direct headhunting.
• Conduct market mapping and talent searches for specific positions and industries.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, technical skills, career objectives, personality and cultural fit.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
