This role involves managing the full deal cycle—from sourcing and buying materials, engaging with vendors and off takers, to building & structuring long-term contracts. You will play a key role in driving growth, optimising procurement strategies, and executing end-to-end transactions across the value chain.

  • Assist in the development, review, and administration of long-term supply agreements, sales contracts, and vendor/offtaker arrangements.
  • Track contract performance, monitor compliance, and highlight risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate, prepare, and review commodities contracts for a range of commodities products.
  • Analyse and identify commercial terms that will place the company and shareholders at risk.
  • Liaise with procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless contract execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Maintain close relationships with suppliers and customers, supporting the evaluation of long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all commercial activities adhere to internal governance policies and external trade regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Petroleum & Petrochemical products, or related with exposure to vendor management & contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to conduct demand-supply studies and commercial market analysis.
  • Familiarity with structuring, reviewing, and administering long-term supply/sales contracts.
  • Good understanding of regional/international market dynamics and trade flows.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Power BI (or other analytical tools) for modelling and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to support contract execution while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
