TCM Clinic Assistant

• Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians
• Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications
• Perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
• Any other administrative tasks when needed

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a TCM Clinic or healthcare setting
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin‑speaking patients and read medicine labels in Chinese.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Training will be provided.
