[1 YR CONTRACT TO PERM] Senior/Executive Assistant – Learning & Development #HZTS

Key Responsibilities

Learning Programme Implementation & Support (80%)

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing L&D programme schedules
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution
• Prepare and organise training materials and provide logistical support for training sessions
• Maintain and update training records and documentation
• Compile and prepare reports on training outcomes and metrics

HR Function Administration (80%)

• Administer and execute HR processes such as sponsorship, orientation, funding, and training administration
• Monitor and report on key training indicators
• Maintain learning content on the eLearning platform, and support user accounts and troubleshooting
• Assist in auditing L&D programmes to ensure relevance and maintain standards

Other Duties (20%)

• Support events and programmes such as staff wellness initiatives, process/work improvement review projects, and other assignments as appointed

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related fields
• Prior exp in HR will be advantageous
