Shipping Assitant

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Handle bookings with customers, carriers, and NVOCCs
Process import/export ocean freight documents
Coordinate end‑to‑end shipment operations
Maintain clear, timely communication with customers
Prepare accurate declarations (HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre‑alerts, NOA)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
5‑day work week with alternate Saturdays
