Human Resource Executive

* Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities for the company

* Support employee onboarding, training and development

* Assist in employee engagement and performance management

* Maintain HR records, policies and employment documentation

* Coordinate manpower planning and workforce requirements for construction projects

* Work closely with project and management teams on manpower and HR matters

* Support employee welfare and workplace communication

* Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

* Ensure HR practices comply with relevant Singapore employment requirements

Requirements：

* Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline

* Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

* Good organisational and problem-solving skills

* Able to work independently and with different teams

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
