3–6 Months Locum Staff Nurse - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Role 1: Mental Health Inpatient Ward

Location: Caldecott
Salary: $30–$34/hour
Working Hours: Office Hours / 2–3 shifts
Shifts: AM / PM / Night Duty
Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in the Mental Health Inpatient Ward.
• Monitor patients' conditions and provide appropriate nursing care.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assist with daily patient care and ward activities.
• May be required to support Medical-Surgical wards when mental health ward workload is low.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Role 2 : ICU

Location: Caldecott
Salary: $32–$36/hour
Working Hours: 2 shifts
Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols.
• Assist with procedures and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Role 3 : OT Scrub

Location: Caldecott
Salary: $32–$36/hour
Working Hours: Rotating AM / PM shifts
Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week

Working Hours

• AM: 7:00am – 4:15pm
• PM: 11:45am – 9:00pm
• Shift timings may vary depending on operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures in the Operating Theatre.
• Perform scrub nursing duties and prepare surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure the operating theatre is properly prepared before procedures.
• Maintain strict infection control and safety standards.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Registered Staff Nurse with valid SN registration.
• Able to commit to at least 3 days per week.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including AM, PM and Night Duty.
