Workshop Admin

Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; organised and able to maintain accurate records; basic knowledge of workshop operations, machinery and vehicle documentation.

Experience:

Preferably 1–2 years of administrative experience. Experience in a construction, engineering, automotive or workshop environment will be an advantage.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to workshop operations.
• Maintain records of company vehicles, machinery, equipment and tools.
• Monitor road tax, insurance, inspections, permits and licence expiry dates.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate the purchase of spare parts and workshop supplies.
• Maintain repair, servicing and preventive maintenance records.
• Coordinate servicing and repair schedules with workshop personnel and external vendors.
• Check and process invoices, delivery orders, quotations and supporting documents.
• Keep track of spare-parts inventory and update stock records.
• Prepare workshop reports, timesheets and other required documentation.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Workshop Manager or Management.
