SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, and resources

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and quality standards

• Monitor work progress, productivity, and site conditions

• Maintain daily site records and report site issues, delays, or changes

• Assist in site reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction site supervision

• Good knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings

• Familiar with WSH requirements

• Independent, responsible, and able to work well with site teams

• Posses valid class 3 driving license is an advantage
