• Provide timely and effective support to students during course registration periods by responding to enquiries, clarifying registration requirements, troubleshooting registration issues and escalating complex cases where necessary
• Coordinate the end-to-end planning and administration of examiner assignment
• Perform comprehensive verification of reports and graduation eligibility by validating processed examination results, academic standing, and programme completion requirements to ensure the integrity and accuracy of student records
• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of graduating students’ information
• Perform accuracy checks on data migrated to the Student Records and Examinations systems, ensuring that all information has been accurately transferred and is up to date

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Degree Holder with Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
