Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics activities for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects.
Track purchase orders, supplier progress and delivery schedules.
Follow up with suppliers on production and delivery timelines, escalating potential delays.
Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders.
Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation.
Coordinate material receiving, warehouse movements and inventory records.
Maintain material status reports and update ERP systems.
Monitor material availability and support stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve logistics issues.
Support site deliveries and maintain logistics KPI reports.
