Senior Executive Assistant (Human Resource, 3 Months, One-North, Up to $3000) #HJY

Location: One-North
Duration: 3 months contract
Salary: $2700 - $3000

Job Description:
- Perform HR-related payment processing activities (e.g. payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, honorarium) accurately and in a timely manner for assigned institutions and departments
- Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain proper documentation and records.
- Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Follow established guidelines, policies and relevant legislative requirements when carrying out HR processing tasks.
- Monitor assigned tasks to ensure service standards are met and highlight any delays or operational issues.
- Liaise with internal teams, administrators or external stakeholders when required to obtain missing information or clarification.
- Assist with simple operational or administrative tasks as directed, including ad hoc duties or projects.

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience especially in healthcare sector.
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
- Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel
