Temp Accounts Assistant (3 Months Contract, $12/hr, Woodlands)

Location: Woodlands
Duration: 3 months contract
Salary: $12/hr

Working days and hours:
- Mon-Fri
- 8.30am to 6pm

Job Description:
- Process day-to-day AP and AR transactions accurately and on time
- Support daily finance and banking operations, including preparing payment uploads and assisting with query resolution
- Assist in preparing documentation for GST and other statutory filings
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers/vendors under guidance
- Update and maintain the fixed asset listing
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in ensuring proper filing and documentation in line with accounting standards
- Provide HR and general administrative support
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Min A'Levels/Diploma in any field
- No exp needed, training will be provided
