Job Description:
Experience:: 8 or more years of demonstrated experience in the following:
- Project management, including management of scope, time and schedule, with balance of quality and risk management.
- Effective communication and facilitation at all levels, with proven negotiation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-building skills across local and remote teams.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to detail them as needed by the project.
- Analysing and reengineering business processes and recommending solutions.
- Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather business requirements.
- Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with robust planning to deploy change and sustain business operations.
- Productivity and project planning tools (MS Office, Keynote, project tracking tools).
- Managing vendors remotely; experience working with contract manufacturers or in the logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Analytical problem-solving, with the ability to connect detailed work to broader strategy and favour simple, lasting solutions.
- End-to-end supply chain management, including:
Inbound and outbound (OB) logistics
Warehousing operations (receiving, put-away, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, WMS)
Order fulfilment and last-mile delivery
Third-party logistics (3PL) governance with SLA/KPI management
Supply chain risk management - Working in the broader APAC region (necessary) and leading global project roles.
- Resolving complex project situations, including issues management and representing the project to senior leadership layers such as Directors and Senior Directors.
Desired Qualifications - Consumer electronics industry experience (desired) and service and support business experience (desired).
- Consulting background experience (desired).
- Lean Six Sigma exposure (desired).
- Project Management certification (desired).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) deployed in the consumer electronics industry (preferred).
- A working understanding of SDLC — what's required at each stage, the challenges that typically show up at each one, and how to actually work through them.

This is a PM in the supply chain space — someone who has actually planned, executed, and delivered implementation projects such as:
- Onboarding a new contract manufacturer
- Onboarding a new DC
- Onboarding a new carrier (BlueDart, FedEx, etc.) into the network
