Preschool Educator – L2 English

About the Role

Our client, an established preschool operator, is seeking an L2 English Preschool Educator to join its centre in Bukit Timah.

The role is suitable for an educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, supporting children’s development and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and learning activities.
• Create an engaging classroom environment that supports children’s learning and independence.
• Observe, assess and document children’s learning and developmental progress.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials and children’s portfolios.
• Maintain regular communication and positive relationships with parents.
• Support classroom routines, management, safety and children’s wellbeing.
• Work closely with fellow educators and centre leadership.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, centre events and school activities.
• Maintain required classroom records and documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant Early Childhood qualification with L2 certification.
• Able to teach and communicate confidently in English.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to the teaching team.
