1 Year Contract Senior Executive Assistant (HR Shared Services) *Central* #HZTK

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Location: Novena

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across onboarding, in-service administration and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters and other HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and medical screening for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Support work pass administration and related processes.
• Coordinate probation confirmations and contract renewals.
• Support professional licence and employment certification matters.
• Process resignation, clearance and offboarding documentation.
• Respond to HR enquiries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with HR projects, SOP updates and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in HR administration, HR operations, HR shared services or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
