School Receptionist (Yishun, 1 Year)

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027 (option to extend by a further year)

Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 6:45am – 4:00pm (incl. 45-min lunch break)
Fri: 6:45am – 3:30pm (incl. 45-min lunch break)

Rest Days: No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, printing of worksheets, and managing correspondence with stakeholders
• Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
• Handle walk-in customer service
• Administer basic first aid and care for sick students
• Perform printing jobs (worksheets, booklets, letters, etc.)
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the school

Job Requirements

• Possess GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
• Experience with basic First Aid preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
• Good communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders
• Ability to multitask with good time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience working in a primary school preferred
