Senior Officer (Education Industry) #JTL

• Provide timely and effective support to students during course registration periods by responding to enquiries, clarifying registration requirements, troubleshooting registration issues and escalating complex cases where necessary.
• Coordinate the end-to-end preparation, verification and issuance of student learning reports, ensuring that the reports are accurate, complete, properly formatted and delivered in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the end-to-end planning and administration of examiner assignments.
• Perform comprehensive verification of Board of Examiners (BOE) reports and graduation eligibility by validating processed examination results, academic standing, and programme completion requirements to ensure the integrity and accuracy of student records.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Good written and oral communication skills
