UnitedOverseas Bank Ltd (UOB) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional todrive and support key business change and transformation initiatives acrossvarious functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful implementationof strategic projects, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement within the organization.

JobResponsibilities:**
* Lead and manage end-to-end business change projects, from initial concept andplanning through to implementation and post-implementation review.
* Conduct detailed business analysis, process mapping, and requirementsgathering to identify areas for improvement and define transformationobjectives.
* Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, includingcommunication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
* Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and otherstakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformationinitiatives.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change projects,ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Track and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), andbenefits realization to senior management.
* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to buildunderstanding, gain buy-in, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within UOB,identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
* Support the development of business cases for proposed change initiatives,including cost-benefit analysis and strategic alignment.

JobQualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, InformationTechnology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professionalcertifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR) preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in business change management,transformation, project management, or management consulting, preferably withinthe banking or financial services industry.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex changeinitiatives across diverse business functions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translatestrategic objectives into actionable plans.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with theability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering, optimization, and digitaltransformation initiatives.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) andchange management frameworks.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.
* Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatoryrequirements is a plus.
