📍 Location: Raffles City Shopping Centre
💰 Salary: $12-$13/hour
🕐 Part-Time: Minimum 3-4 days/week

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team at Raffles City!

If you enjoy fashion, love interacting with customers and have a warm, welcoming personality, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role

• Assist customers with outfit selection and provide warm, friendly and attentive service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
• Share product knowledge and create a positive in-store shopping experience.
• Handle daily retail operations including cashiering and fitting room service.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks and storeroom management.
• Assist with general retail duties to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable personality.
• A good team player who is willing to learn.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Candidates with strong customer service experience and great customer energy are welcome!

Commitment & Working Hours

• Able to commit at least 3-4 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day.
• Shift timings: 10.00am–6.00pm / 2.00pm–10.00pm.
• Comfortable working weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start soon is preferred.
