Clinic Assistant / Clinic Executive #HJO

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to patients and provide frontline customer service at the clinic.
• Manage patient registration, appointments and queue management.
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and appointment bookings.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and clinical procedures where required.
• Perform basic clinical duties such as taking patients’ vital signs and preparing consultation rooms.
• Dispense medications according to doctors’ prescriptions and clinic procedures.
• Process payments, billing, insurance and medical claims where applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
• Maintain cleanliness, infection control and proper housekeeping within the clinic.
• Perform general administrative duties and support day-to-day clinic operations.

Requirements

• GCE N/O/A-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with patients and performing basic clinical support duties.
• Computer literate and able to learn clinic management systems.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
