APPLICATION ENGINEER (PROCESS ANALYTICS) #HYN

📍 Location: Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to S$4,500/month

Our client is looking for an Application Engineer (Process Analytics) to provide technical and application support for process analytical solutions in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical and application support for process analytics solutions in Singapore.
• Work closely with the Sales team and sub-vendors on the integration and implementation of process analysers.
• Conduct troubleshooting and technical support, including onsite customer visits when required.
• Set up and support onsite product trials, demonstrations and evaluations, and follow up with customers on trial results.
• Prepare and conduct technical and product training for customers, both in-house and onsite.
• Develop technical materials and documentation to support the Sales team.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Instrumentation or a related discipline.
• Interest in analytical instruments, process instrumentation or industrial technology.
• Strong interest in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and conducting onsite visits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with relevant experience in process instrumentation, analytical equipment, automation or technical applications will have an added advantage.
