Job Summary
You will lead restaurant service operations, ensuring smooth dining experiences and managing staff during shifts at a restaurant and bar located in Telok Ayer St.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant and bar service operations to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Coordinate and supervise staff schedules and duties during shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm on weekdays and 4pm to 11pm on Saturdays
- Ensure compliance with service standards and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Support team members to achieve operational efficiency and smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Uphold health and safety regulations during all service activities
