Coffeeshop assistant

Job Summary

You will prepare coffee and tea using traditional sock-filter methods, toast bread, and cook eggs to support daily food service operations at a traditional aircon food shop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee using traditional sock-filter methods to ensure authentic taste and quality
• Brew tea using traditional sock-filter techniques to maintain consistent flavor
• Toast bread to desired doneness for customer orders
• Cook eggs according to standard recipes to meet customer expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area during shifts
• Work efficiently within a 6-hour shift from 9am to 3pm, six days per week

Other Information

• Location: Next to SIGLAP CENTRE along East Coast Road
• Working hours: 9am to 3pm(6 hours with breaks). 6 days per week.
• Salary: $1800 - $2000 per month
