Content Producer (Videographer/Photographer)

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage pre-production tasks such as location scouting, mood boarding, and storyboarding
• Understand the unique requirements of each social media platform and create content that is optimized for audience engagement and results.
• Work collaboratively within the team on branding and content strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of content
• Support occasional evening or weekend community engagements when required.
• Provide administrative support when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a closely related field is preferred
• Proficiency in videography and photography, including experience with various camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment
• Skilled in video editing and post-production using software such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, composition,and filming direction
• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in visual content creation
• Knowledge of Microsoft software and Canva
• Work experience with gov-related agency would be advantageous
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to adapt
