Accounts Executive

What will you be doing?

Finance Support

• Prepare invoices and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate financial records.

• Process staff claims and support month-end closing activities.

• Provide general support for daily accounting tasks.

Administrative & HR Support

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communication.

• Attend to and disseminate incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, social media, and email inquiries

• Prepare and generate quotations, contracts and sales documents.

• Generate mid and month end reports.

• Assist with office management duties.

• Handle general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Completed a Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

• Have 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, HR or administration.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Are organised, meticulous, able to multitask and comfortable working with numbers.

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Are able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Are positive, proactive and willing to learn.
