Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Quality Management

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Quality Management (SQM) team as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Quality Management. Reporting directly to the Head of SQM, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Company’s implementation and certification of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and thereafter support the ongoing maintenance and continual improvement of the Company’s existing ISO management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, development and implementation of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and work closely with relevant departments to prepare the Company for certification.

• Coordinate gap assessments, risk assessments, documentation reviews and implementation activities required for ISO 27001 certification.

• Work with internal stakeholders to develop, review and maintain the necessary policies, procedures, controls, records and supporting documentation for ISO 27001.

• Coordinate and support internal audits, certification audits and follow-up actions, including monitoring the closure of findings and improvement opportunities.

• Upon completion of ISO 27001 certification, support the SQM team in the ongoing maintenance, surveillance audits and recertification of the Company’s existing ISO management systems.

• Plan and conduct internal audits across corporate functions and site operations to ensure continued compliance with established ISO standards, policies and procedures.

• Maintain and update the Company’s Integrated Management System documentation, including system manuals, policies, procedures, SOPs and quality plans.

• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, observations, recommendations and follow-up actions.

• Work with relevant departments and site operation teams to prepare for internal audits, external certification audits, client audits and other compliance assessments.

• Support continual improvement initiatives across the Company’s management systems and assist in monitoring changes to applicable standards and certification requirements.

• Support other governance and certification initiatives undertaken by the SQM team, including Cyber Trust Mark and Anti-Bribery requirements, where required.

• Undertake any other duties and improvement projects assigned to support the overall objectives of the Strategic Quality Management function.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quality Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality management, ISO management systems, compliance, governance or internal auditing.

• Experience in implementing, maintaining or supporting ISO certification programmes, preferably ISO 27001 or an Information Security Management System (ISMS).

• ISO management systems training or Internal/Lead Auditor certification will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of ISO standards, internal audit principles, information security risk assessments and ISMS documentation.

• Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, SOPs, risk registers and management system documentation.

• Strong audit and project coordination skills, including audit planning, reporting, stakeholder coordination and timely closure of corrective actions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Mon - Thurs: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
