(UP $4K) Senior Finance (Operations and Reporting) | Changi Airport

Job Details:

• Contract : 6 months (Maternity Cover)
• Working Hours: Mon-Thurs - 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm, (Friday) 30 mins less than other working days
• Work From Home: Monday / Tuesday
• Location: Changi Airport
• Salary Range: UP to $4K
  

Job Scope:

• Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational tracking reports, including cash flow and budget monitoring schedules.
• Optimise existing Excel reports to run faster and more efficiently — reducing manual steps, improving formulas, and restructuring data models where needed.
• Build new automated reporting functions and templates to support finance and business reporting needs.
• Document report logic and refresh procedures so that processes are repeatable and can be cleanly handed over at the end of the contract.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring reports are accurate and reconciled to source systems.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and support as required.

Requirement:

• Diploma in finance, accounting, business, data, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Power Query — building, maintaining, and troubleshooting queries and data transformations.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to data and testing.
• Ability to work independently, pick up existing processes quickly, and deliver within a fixed timeframe.
• Clear communication skills for working across finance and IT stakeholders.
