- Digital Lead Generation & Online Prospecting – Identify and generate new business leads through digital channels such as LinkedIn, company website enquiries, email marketing and search engine campaigns. Develop and execute digital outreach strategies to build a qualified sales pipeline for ITAD, secure data destruction and e-waste recycling services.
- Digital Lead Generation & Online Prospecting – Identify and generate new business leads through digital channels such as LinkedIn, company website enquiries, email marketing and search engine campaigns. Develop and execute digital outreach strategies to build a qualified sales pipeline for ITAD, secure data destruction and e-waste recycling services.
- Online Partnership & Marketplace Development – Identify and develop online partnership opportunities, such as B2B marketplaces, referral platforms and industry directories, to expand digital reach and client acquisition. Negotiate terms and manage relationships with digital partners and platform providers to maximize lead flow and conversion.
- Digital Sales Funnel & CRM Management – Build and manage a structured digital sales funnel, tracking prospects from initial online enquiry through to conversion using CRM tools. Ensure accurate, timely data entry and lead qualification to support effective follow-up and pipeline visibility.
- Digital Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor and analyse digital sales and marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates and campaign performance, using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM dashboards. Use data insights to refine digital outreach strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Website & Digital Content Coordination for Sales Enablement – Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep the company website and digital collateral, such as service pages, case studies and certifications, current and aligned with client needs. Support the development of digital sales enablement materials, such as proposal templates and service one-pagers, to strengthen client-facing digital communication.
