Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the shopping experience for pet owners
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Operate the cashier system accurately to process customer transactions
• Manage daily store operations including inventory tracking and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
• Support the execution of events and pop-up sales to promote the brand and engage customers
