FOOD SERVICES STORE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on FoodServices Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, café,deli, or food service establishment. The Store Manager will be responsible forensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent customerservice, consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and compliance withfood safety and health standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including ordertaking, front-of-house activities, cashiering, and overall customer service.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign shifts and responsibilities, and ensure adequate staffing and efficient floor coverage.
• Recruit, train, onboard, coach, supervise, and manage employees to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate theordering of food, beverages, packaging materials, and other operational supplies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food Service Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge and experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and restaurant or food service management software.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
