Member Supervision & Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities:

Member Supervision: Lead our oversight framework—from onboarding and financial reviews to off-site evaluations, on-site inspections, and rule enforcement.

Regulatory Compliance: Drive our internal compliance culture, manage regulatory obligations under the Securities and Futures Act, liaise with key regulators like the MAS, and serve as our Data Protection Officer.

Corporate Governance: Strengthen internal processes, partner with the Corporate Secretary, and maintain strong channels with the Board of directors and shareholders.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accountancy from a reputable institution (or other relevant qualifications)
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in a global audit firm, ideally supporting financial services clients.
• A motivated self-starter who thrives under pressure, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and excels at multitasking across diverse projects.
