Job Scope:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Group Channels & Digitalization roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
- Handle sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding
- Manage recruitment for Branch Digital Executive positions
- Advise stakeholders on hiring strategies, market insights and candidate selection
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with governance, licensing and regulatory requirements
- Deliver a professional candidate experience while supporting recruitment reporting and hiring KPIs
- Assist with other HR recruitment projects and duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Min. Degree in any HR/ Any relevant field
