Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective homeowners to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, and renovation needs.
• Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, quotations, and project presentations.
• Build strong client relationships and provide professional consultation throughout the sales journey.
• Convert qualified sales leads into confirmed renovation projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after project completion.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.

• Passion for interior design and creating beautiful living spaces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused with a positive attitude.
• Enjoy meeting new people and building long-term client relationships.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Entry-level, career switchers, and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
