Course Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Course Consultant to assist prospective students in selecting the right courses and programs. The ideal candidate will provide guidance, support, and detailed information about our educational offerings to ensure student satisfaction and enrollment success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via phone, email, or in-person to understand their educational goals and needs.
• Provide detailed information about courses, programs, schedules, fees, and admission requirements.
• Offer personalized course recommendations based on individual goals and backgrounds.
• Assist students with the application process and enrollment procedures.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and encourage enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and inquiries.
• Collaborate with academic staff to stay updated on course offerings and changes.
• Promote the institution's courses through various channels and outreach activities.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and contribute to overall student recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Knowledge of the institution’s courses and academic programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Work Environment:

Typically based in an education institute, training center, or sales office.

May require flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
