• Lead the manufacturing team to execute production plans according to schedule while maintaining workmanship standards
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on production requirements to optimize workflow
• Monitor production progress continuously and proactively resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
• Report shift production status and key updates clearly to the Senior Manager for informed decision-making
• Manage team discipline, shift planning, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations
• Support recruitment processes, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate employee skills development to build a capable team
